This programmable MEMS oscillator is factory set to 8.192 kHz for ultra-low-power low-frequency timing applications. The industrial-temperature device operates from 1.5 V to 3.63 V over -40 °C to +85 °C and uses a DC-coupled NanoDrive output with 1.10 V high and 0.40 V low levels. Typical core current is 0.9 µA at 1.8 V with no load, and period jitter is 35 ns RMS. It is supplied in a 2.0 x 1.2 mm 4-pin SMD package and eliminates the need for external load capacitors.
