This programmable MEMS oscillator is configured for a 1 Hz output with ±100 ppm frequency stability over the -40 °C to +85 °C industrial temperature range. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and is specified for ultra-low power operation, with 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V and no load. The SiT1534 family supports factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz, 48% to 52% duty cycle, and 35 ns RMS period jitter. This orderable device uses a 2.0 x 1.2 mm package and a reduced-swing output setting with 525 mV swing and 1.225 V VOH.
