This programmable MEMS oscillator supports factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz for low-frequency timing and pulse-per-second operation. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, with 1.5 V to 3.63 V supported across the full -55°C to +85°C range, and uses less than 1 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V. Frequency tolerance is 20 ppm at 25°C, and stability is specified as 75 ppm over -10°C to +70°C or 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device uses SiTime NanoDrive output programming, eliminates external load capacitors, and is offered in very small CSP and SMD package options within the SiT1534 family.
