This programmable MEMS oscillator is factory set from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two for low-frequency timekeeping and pulse-per-second applications. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, with full -55 °C to +85 °C support at 1.5 V to 3.63 V, and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. The device provides LVCMOS or NanoDrive programmable reduced-swing output options, 48% to 52% duty cycle, and 35 ns RMS period jitter. Its oscillator output eliminates external load capacitors, and normal operation does not require an external bypass capacitor on Vdd.
