This programmable MEMS oscillator generates factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. Frequency tolerance is 20 ppm at 25 °C, and stability is specified to 75 ppm over -10 °C to +70 °C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device provides a clock output without external load capacitors and offers programmable NanoDrive output swing for reduced power.
