This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two for low-frequency timing and pulse-per-second operation. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, with 0.9 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V under no-load conditions. Frequency tolerance is specified at 20 ppm at 25°C, and frequency stability is available to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device offers NanoDrive programmable output swing, eliminates external load capacitors, and is offered in compact 1.5 x 0.8 mm CSP and 2.0 x 1.2 mm SMD family package options.
