This programmable MEMS oscillator provides an 8 Hz output in the SiT1534 family and is specified for ±100 ppm frequency stability over -40 °C to +85 °C. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply across the extended temperature range and uses a rail-to-rail LVCMOS output configuration. The device is supplied in a 2.0 x 1.2 mm package and is intended for very low power timing applications down to true pulse-per-second operation. Datasheet characteristics for the family include 48% to 52% duty cycle, 100 ns to 200 ns rise and fall time for the LVCMOS option, and 35 ns RMS period jitter.
