This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz for pulse-per-second and low-frequency timing applications. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V with no load. The device supports frequency tolerance to ±20 ppm at 25°C and frequency stability as tight as ±75 ppm over -10°C to +70°C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. It offers programmable output swing options, 35 ns RMS period jitter, and operating temperature grades up to -55°C to +85°C.
