This programmable MEMS oscillator supports factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz for low-frequency timing and pulse-per-second operation. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and delivers typ. 0.9 µA core current with NanoDrive programmable output swing for reduced power consumption. The device offers ±20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C and supports stability options up to ±100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C. Its oscillator output eliminates external load capacitors and the internal filtering removes the need for an external VDD bypass capacitor in normal operation.
