This programmable MEMS oscillator supports factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and is designed for very low power consumption, with 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V and 25°C. The device provides 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C and supports stability options up to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C. It offers programmable output swing, 48% to 52% duty cycle, and eliminates the need for external load capacitors under normal operation.
