This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz for low-frequency timing and pulse-per-second operation. It delivers 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C and supports stability options down to 100 ppm over a -40°C to +85°C operating range. Typical core operating current is 0.9 µA at 1.8 V with no load, and the device supports supply operation from 1.2 V to 3.63 V depending on temperature range. NanoDrive output options reduce swing for lower power, and the oscillator eliminates the need for external load capacitors while remaining Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and REACH compliant.
