This programmable MEMS oscillator is factory configured for a 128 Hz output with ±100 ppm stability over -40 °C to +85 °C. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and uses an ultra-low-power architecture with 0.9 µA typical core current. The device is housed in a 4-pin 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and is configured with a reduced-swing output of 400 mV and 700 mV VOH. It is intended for low-frequency timing applications and eliminates the need for external load capacitors.
