The device is offered in an ultra-small 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and uses NanoDrive programmable output swing to reduce power. Its clock output eliminates external load capacitors, internal filtering reduces bypass capacitor requirements, and the family is specified as Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant.
