It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, with 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C and stability options to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C. Typical core operating current is 0.9 µA at 25°C and 1.8 V with no load, and NanoDrive programmable output swing helps minimize total power. The device is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and eliminates the need for external load capacitors and bypass capacitors in normal operation.
