This programmable MEMS oscillator supports factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz and enables true pulse-per-second operation. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, delivers 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C, and supports stability options up to 100 ppm across the industrial temperature range. Typical core current is 0.9 µA at 1.8 V with no load, and the NanoDrive output architecture reduces output swing to minimize power consumption. The device eliminates external load capacitors and is intended for space-constrained timekeeping and low-frequency reference clock applications.
