This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS temperature-compensated oscillator designed for battery-powered timekeeping applications. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and uses a typical core current of 0.99 µA at 1.8 V. The oscillator is offered with frequency stability options down to ±5 ppm over temperature and supports commercial and industrial temperature ranges up to -40°C to +85°C. It is housed in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and provides a programmable clock output. Start-up to a valid output is typically 180 ms and is specified up to 300 ms over most of the operating range.
