This 32.768 kHz MEMS TCXO provides ±5 ppm frequency stability across -40°C to +85°C in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.99 µA typical core current. The device delivers a rail-to-rail LVCMOS output and includes internal supply filtering so an external VDD bypass capacitor is not required. Start-up is 180 ms typical and 300 ms maximum under standard conditions for low-power timekeeping applications.
