This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS temperature-compensated oscillator optimized for battery-powered timekeeping applications. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and uses 0.99 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. The oscillator is offered with ±5, ±10, or ±20 ppm stability options over temperature and supports commercial and industrial operating ranges up to -40°C to +85°C. It is housed in a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm chip-scale package and provides a clock output suitable for RTC reference and low-power timing designs.
