This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS temperature-compensated oscillator optimized for battery-powered timekeeping applications. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and uses 0.99 µA typical core current, with 35 ns RMS period jitter and 2.5 µspp long-term jitter. The oscillator is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm 4-pin chip-scale package and supports commercial and industrial temperature options up to -40 °C to +85 °C. It provides factory-trimmed stability options from ±5 ppm to ±20 ppm over temperature and does not require an external Vdd bypass capacitor under normal operating conditions.
