This 32.768 kHz MEMS TCXO is intended for battery-powered timekeeping and pulse-timing applications. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.99 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. The device is built in a 1.5 × 0.8 mm chip-scale package and the F stability code used in this orderable part corresponds to ±10 ppm frequency stability over temperature without initial offset. It supports LVCMOS and programmable NanoDrive output configurations and is specified for 35 ns RMS period jitter and 2.5 µs peak-to-peak long-term jitter.
