This 32.768 kHz temperature-compensated MEMS oscillator provides ±10 ppm frequency stability across 0°C to 70°C for this orderable option. It operates from 1.5 V to 3.63 V in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm 4-pin CSP and uses 0.99 μA typical core supply current at 1.8 V. Start-up to a valid output is typically 180 ms, with 300 ms maximum through +60°C. This variant uses the default output drive strength with 1.225 V DC-coupled VOH and 525 mV DC-coupled VOL or AC swing. Internal VDD filtering is designed to avoid an external bypass capacitor in typical use.
