This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS temperature-compensated oscillator for low-power timekeeping applications. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and has typical core current of about 0.99 µA at 1.8 V. The oscillator is offered with ±5 ppm, ±10 ppm, or ±20 ppm stability options and supports commercial 0 °C to 70 °C and industrial -40 °C to 85 °C temperature ranges. It uses a 4-pin 1508 chip-scale package, provides programmable output swing options, and does not require an external Vdd bypass capacitor under normal operation.
