This 32.768 kHz MEMS TCXO is optimized for battery-powered timekeeping applications and uses a chip-scale package with a 1.2 mm² footprint. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and draws a typical 0.99 µA core current at 1.8 V with no load. The device offers frequency-stability options from ±5 ppm to ±20 ppm, long-term jitter up to 2.5 µspp, and period jitter of 35 ns RMS. It integrates internal power-supply filtering, does not require an external Vdd bypass capacitor in normal operation, and is specified as Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and REACH compliant.
