This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS temperature-compensated oscillator for battery-powered timekeeping applications. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.99 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. The oscillator is offered in a 1.5 mm x 0.8 mm 4-pin chip-scale package and supports frequency stability options from ±5 ppm to ±20 ppm over temperature. It provides a valid output in as little as 180 ms typical and is specified for commercial and industrial temperature grades within the SiT1552 family.
