The SiT1552 is a 32.768 kHz MEMS temperature-compensated oscillator designed for battery-powered timing applications. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and has a typical core current of 0.99 µA at 1.8 V with no load. The device is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and integrates internal supply filtering so an external Vdd bypass capacitor is not required under normal operating conditions.
