This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS temperature-compensated oscillator for low-power timekeeping applications. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and has a typical core supply current of 0.99 μA at 1.8 V. The oscillator is offered in a 4-pin 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and supports LVCMOS and programmable NanoDrive output configurations. Typical start-up time is 180 ms, period jitter is 35 ns RMS, and long-term jitter is specified to 2.5 μs peak-to-peak. Internal power-supply filtering is designed to eliminate the need for an external Vdd bypass capacitor.
