Ultra-small 32.768 kHz MEMS super-TCXO optimized for battery-powered timekeeping applications. It operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V with typical supply current of 4.5 µA and typical start-up time of 300 ms. The device provides an LVCMOS output, typical integrated phase jitter of 2.5 ns RMS, and all-inclusive frequency stability options of ±3 ppm or ±5 ppm across temperature. It is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and supports operating temperature grades from -20°C to +70°C or -40°C to +85°C.
