This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS temperature-compensated oscillator designed for battery-powered timing applications. It provides all-inclusive frequency stability options of ±3 ppm or ±5 ppm, ultra-low no-load supply current of 4.5 µA typical, and low integrated phase jitter of 2.5 ns RMS. The oscillator operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and supports commercial and industrial temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C or -40°C to +85°C depending on the ordering code. It uses an LVCMOS output and is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package without requiring an external bypass capacitor under normal operating conditions.
