Ultra-small MEMS temperature-compensated oscillator family with a 32.768 kHz LVCMOS output for battery-powered timing applications. It operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V with typical no-load supply current of 4.5 µA and integrated phase jitter of 2.5 ns RMS. The device is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and supports frequency stability options of ±3 ppm or ±5 ppm across rated conditions. Datasheet-defined operating temperature grades span -20 to +70 °C and -40 to +85 °C, with no external bypass capacitor required under normal conditions.
