This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS super-TCXO optimized for battery-powered timekeeping applications. The JE-18E option provides ±5 ppm total frequency stability and a -20°C to +70°C operating range in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package. It operates from a 1.8 V nominal supply, draws 4.5 µA typical with no load, and starts up in 300 ms maximum. The LVCMOS output provides 45% to 55% duty cycle performance, and the device is Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and REACH compliant.
