This MEMS super-TCXO provides a 32.768 kHz LVCMOS output for battery-powered timekeeping applications. The SiT1566 family operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and draws 4.5 µA typical supply current with no load. The SiT1566AC-JE-20E-32.768 variant is specified for ±5 ppm total frequency stability and the commercial temperature range from -20°C to +70°C. It is supplied in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and is specified for low integrated phase jitter, fast start-up, and 45% to 55% output duty cycle.
