This 32.768 kHz MEMS super-TCXO provides ±5 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package. It operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and draws 4.5 µA typical with 300 ms start-up. The commercial-temperature version covers -20°C to +70°C and provides an LVCMOS output with 45% to 55% duty cycle. Typical integrated phase jitter is 2.5 ns RMS, making it suitable as an ultra-accurate RTC reference in compact battery-powered designs.
