Ultra-small temperature-compensated MEMS oscillator providing a 32.768 kHz LVCMOS output for battery-powered timekeeping applications. This Super-TCXO is factory calibrated for ±3 ppm total frequency stability over its commercial temperature range and operates from a 1.62 V to 3.63 V supply while drawing 4.5 μA typical current with no load. The device is housed in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and starts in 300 ms typical. Integrated phase jitter is 2.5 ns RMS, and no external bypass capacitor is required under normal operating conditions.
