The SiT1566 family operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V with typical no-load supply current of 4.5 µA and typical start-up time of 300 ms. This orderable variant is the ±3 ppm option and uses the extended commercial temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. The device is specified for low jitter performance, including 2.5 ns RMS integrated phase jitter, and is compliant with Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH requirements.
