This 32.768 kHz MEMS Super-TCXO provides ±3 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability for battery-powered timekeeping applications. The SiT1566AC-JV-XXE-32.768 operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, draws 4.5 µA typical with no load, and starts within 300 ms. It delivers an LVCMOS output in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package with 2.5 ns RMS integrated phase jitter and a commercial operating range of -20°C to +70°C. The device is suited for accurate RTC reference clock use in wearables, meters, and BLE-enabled IoT systems.
