This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS super-TCXO intended for battery-powered timing applications. The SiT1566 family uses a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and typically draws 4.5 µA with no load. The JE-18E option corresponds to a ±5 ppm stability grade and operates across the industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. It provides an LVCMOS output, supports a 1.62 V to 3.63 V supply range, and specifies 2.5 ns RMS integrated phase jitter.
