This 32.768 kHz MEMS super-TCXO is designed for battery-powered timing references in wearables, utility meters, and IoT devices. The exact orderable device provides ±3 ppm total frequency stability over the industrial -40 °C to +85 °C temperature range in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package. It draws 4.5 µA typical supply current with no load, operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, and provides an LVCMOS clock output without an external bypass capacitor under normal conditions. Typical integrated phase jitter is 2.5 ns RMS, start-up time is 300 ms, and the device is specified as Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and REACH compliant.
