This factory-programmable MEMS oscillator provides a 1 Hz LVCMOS output for the specified order code and supports the SiT1569 family frequency range up to 462.5 kHz. It operates from a 1.8 V supply option with very low current consumption, including 1.7 µA typical at 1 Hz and 3.3 µA typical at 100 kHz. The device is offered in a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm chip-scale package with 0.6 mm maximum height and does not require external bypass capacitors under normal operating conditions. Frequency stability is rated to ±50 ppm maximum all-inclusive, with RMS period jitter of 4 ns typical and 8.5 ns maximum at 100 kHz. It is specified for commercial or industrial temperature options, and this AC variant corresponds to the commercial -20 °C to 70 °C range.
