This MEMS oscillator provides a factory-programmable output frequency from 1 Hz to 462.5 kHz with ±50 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability. It operates from a 1.62 V to 3.63 V supply and uses 3.3 µA typical current at 100 kHz with no external bypass capacitor required under normal conditions. The device uses an LVCMOS output and is housed in a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm chip-scale package with 0.6 mm maximum height. Commercial and industrial temperature options are available for operation from -20 °C to 70 °C or -40 °C to 85 °C.
