Factory-programmable MEMS oscillator configured for 10 Hz output and ±50 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability. It operates from a 1.8 V ±10% supply, uses an LVCMOS output, and is specified for the commercial -20°C to 70°C temperature range. The device is housed in a 1.5 mm x 0.8 mm chip-scale package with 0.6 mm maximum height and requires no external bypass capacitor under normal conditions. Startup for 1 Hz to 10 Hz outputs is specified at 500 ms plus 2.5 cycles maximum. It is a Pb-free timing device with RoHS and REACH compliance.
