Factory-programmable MEMS oscillator configured by the order code for 44.857 Hz output in a 1.5 mm x 0.8 mm chip-scale package. The device uses the 1.8 V ±10% supply option and provides an LVCMOS clock output with ±50 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability. This commercial-temperature version is rated for operation from -20°C to 70°C. The package height is 0.6 mm maximum, and normal operation does not require an external bypass capacitor.
