This device is a factory-programmable MEMS oscillator configured as an 80 Hz output clock in the SiT1569 family. It operates from a 1.8 V nominal supply with LVCMOS output and is offered in a 1.5 mm x 0.8 mm chip-scale package with 0.6 mm maximum height. The oscillator supports all-inclusive frequency stability of ±50 ppm and initial tolerance of ±10 ppm at 25°C. For the commercial C-grade option, the operating temperature range is -20°C to 70°C. The design requires no external bypass capacitor under normal operating conditions and is specified as Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and REACH compliant.
