This device is a factory-programmed MEMS oscillator with a 100 Hz LVCMOS output in a 1.5 mm x 0.8 mm chip-scale package. The ordering code specifies the commercial temperature range of -20 °C to 70 °C and a 1.8 V ±10% supply option. It provides ±50 ppm maximum all-inclusive frequency stability and does not require external bypass capacitors under normal operating conditions. The package height is 0.6 mm maximum, and the oscillator is intended for space-constrained low-power timing applications.
