This factory-programmable MEMS oscillator provides a 120 Hz LVCMOS output in an ultra-small 1.5 mm x 0.8 mm chip-scale package. It operates from a 1.8 V nominal supply with ±10% tolerance and delivers all-inclusive frequency stability of ±50 ppm. The device is specified for the commercial temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and requires no external bypass capacitor under normal operating conditions. It uses SiTime MEMS technology and is offered in a 4-pin CSP with 0.6 mm maximum height. The family is Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and REACH compliant.
