This factory-programmable MEMS oscillator is configured for a 125 Hz LVCMOS output. The device operates from a 1.8 V ±10% supply and the AC option specifies a commercial temperature range of -20°C to 70°C. It provides ±50 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability and is housed in a 1.5 mm x 0.8 mm chip-scale package with 0.6 mm maximum height. The oscillator does not require external bypass capacitors under normal operating conditions.
