The T3AFG80 is a 2-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator utilizing proprietary arbitrary and pulse techniques to solve weaknesses inherent in traditional DDS generators. It features a 16-bit vertical resolution, a 1.2 GSa/s sampling rate, and an 8 Mpts/ch waveform length. The device provides a variety of high fidelity and low jitter signals including AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, PSK, and PWM modulation, as well as sweep and burst functions and a high precision frequency counter.
