Rework tweezer cartridge pair uses blade tips measuring 2.0 mm wide by 14 mm long for Metcal MFR-series soldering systems. The TCP temperature series is intended for ceramic and high-thermal-demand applications with a maximum heater temperature of 471 °C. The cartridges are compatible with MFR-1140, MFR-2240, and MFR-2241 systems using the MFR-H4-TW handpiece. SmartHeat technology automatically adjusts power delivery based on application demand, and the tips can be used with leaded or lead-free solder.
