The TDA1562Q is a monolithic integrated 70 W/4 Ω Bridge-Tied Load (BTL) class-H high efficiency power amplifier in a 17-lead DIL-bent-SIL plastic power package (SOT243-1). It features very high output power (up to 70W at 10% THD), low power dissipation, and comprehensive diagnostic capabilities including Dynamic Distortion Detector (DDD), short-circuit detection, open load detection, and temperature protection. It also includes fast mute on supply voltage drops, load dump protection, and is suitable for car audio systems (e.g. car, radio and boosters) and mains fed audio applications (e.g. midi/mini audio combinations and TV sound).
