This device is a fully integrated DC-DC buck regulator rated for up to 6 A output current. It operates from a 2.7 V to 16 V input range and provides an adjustable 0.6 V to 7 V output range with ±0.5% reference accuracy at 0.6 V. The regulator uses a fast constant on-time control scheme, supports FCCM and DEM operation, and offers programmable switching frequency from 600 kHz to 2000 kHz. It is qualified for industrial applications over a -40 °C to 125 °C operating range and is supplied in a PG-TSNP-14 package. The device includes status output, over-voltage protection, soft-start capability, and internal compensation to simplify design.
