This synchronous buck regulator delivers up to 12 A output current and uses a FAST constant on-time control architecture for fast transient response. It operates from a 2.7 V to 16 V input and provides an adjustable 0.6 V to 5.5 V output over a 600 kHz to 1000 kHz switching frequency range. The device integrates an internal bias LDO, supports FCCM and DEM operation, and includes over-voltage protection with adjustable current limit and voltage tracking. It is qualified for industrial use over a -40 °C to 125 °C operating range and is offered in a PG-TSNP-21-1 surface-mount package.
